Solid sections – 54 mm-thick stiles and rails give the doors weight and a satisfying close, while providing enough depth for mortice locks and hardware.
Panel construction – 32 mm planks are profiled and housed within the frame to allow seasonal movement in the solid timber.
Grain matching – boards for each leaf are selected so the grain flows across panels, emphasising the consistency of single-origin oak.
Hardware integration – handle centres and hinge positions are coordinated with the panel layout and painted frame for a calm, balanced elevation.
